Corporate financial management specialist Moss, with its 500-strong team, has issued more than 90,000 credit cards to date. Incredibly, the business has achieved a valuation of more than $500 million – and it only launched two and a half years ago.
Their latest funding round was led by Tiger Global Management and A-Star, offers corporate credit cards that enable small firms to track their spending and is being brought to the UK by founders Ante Spittler, Anton Rummel, Ferdinand Meyer and Stephan Haslebacher.
Stephan told Marqeta: “We founded Moss in 2019 as an intelligent spend management solution for mid-sized companies, with the goal of providing them with a platform enabling complete control and real time visibility of all their spend.
Since then, we’ve continuously developed our product to free finance teams from admin work by empowering them with globally-accepted corporate cards, digital invoice management, easy reimbursement processes and real-time liquidity insights, as well as enabling seamless integrations with accounting software.”
He went on to say, “Having launched across Europe, the latest being the launch of our UK business, we constantly strive to innovate and ensure our unique product meets the needs of thousands of customers across the region, with many more exciting features to come.”
